USNS Hassayampa (T-AO 145) during FLEETEX 85
During November 1984, USNS Hassayampa was a participant in FLEETEX 85
FLEETEX 85 was a major exercise involving five aircraft carrier battlegroups
and sixty-five ships from various countries. The battlegroups consisted of:
USS Midway (CV-41), USS Coral Sea (CV-43), USS Constellation (CV-64),
USS Enterprise (CVN-65) and USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70)
